Isaac Wong Ang Ke is the founder and managing partner of Wong & Eng.
With a solid foundation in dispute resolution and civil litigation, Isaac has built a robust career representing clients across all tiers of the Malaysian courts. His extensive experience encompasses a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters, showcasing his ability to handle complex legal issues with skill and efficiency.

Ho Zhi Ying
Ho Zhi Ying is a Partner of Messrs. Wong & Eng. Her principal areas of practice include banking and conveyancing, estate planning and administration, family law and general advisory matters.
She has extensive experience in advising and acting for purchasers, vendors, borrowers, developers, financial institutions, corporations and individuals in a broad spectrum of residential, commercial and industrial property transactions. Her practice includes developer projects, sub-sale transactions, sale and purchase transactions, loan and financing documentation, refinancing, redemption of existing charges, perfection of transfer, perfection of charge, discharge of charge, transfers, transmissions, tenancy matters and other property-related transactions.
With substantial experience in banking and financing matters, she is well-versed in the documentation requirements, operational procedures and service standards adopted by financial institutions. She works closely with banks, developers, the Land Office, the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN) and other relevant authorities to facilitate the efficient completion of transactions while ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
In addition to her conveyancing practice, she advises clients on estate planning and estate administration matters, including the preparation of Wills, applications for Grants of Probate, Letters of Administration, resealing of foreign Grants, estate administration and the distribution of estate assets. She also represents clients in family law matters involving divorce, child custody, maintenance, division of matrimonial assets and other matrimonial disputes, providing practical legal advice with professionalism, empathy and sensitivity.

About Our Legal Firm
Wong & Eng Legal was founded by Isaac Wong Ang Ke, a practising advocate and solicitor admitted to the Malaysian Bar. The firm started with a single practice focus and has since grown to cover five areas of Malaysian law, now operating from office in Kuala Lumpur.
We serve both individuals and businesses. Our clients range from those dealing with personal matters such as divorce or estate administration to companies navigating commercial disputes or corporate restructuring. The nature of each matter determines the approach; we do not apply a fixed process to every case.
Clients work with the lawyer handling their file, not a case manager or junior associate relaying information. Walk-in consultations are available at both locations during business hours.
Finding the Right Legal Firm in Malaysia
Most clients come to us with a specific legal matter in mind. They have usually spent time researching their options before making contact. Our role at that initial stage is to assess the matter, explain the realistic legal position, and outline what engagement would involve.
